Housing the workforce building Dubai.

Who we are

Manova Capital is the trading name of Manova Project Management LLC, a Dubai registered project management company established in 2023.

What we do

We provide facilities management for labour camps that house the construction workforce delivering Dubai's real estate developments.

Why it matters

Dubai's development pipeline keeps growing, and every project depends on crews that are housed safely and well. We build and run that accommodation.

Where we are going

Through our secure investment programme, from AED 50,000,000, we are building new labour camps to meet rising demand from the city's developers.
