Manova Capital is the trading name of Manova Project Management LLC, established in 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DED Licence No. 1277736, Chamber of Commerce Reg. No. 2393796). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy and process it in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable law.

Enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, area of interest and message.

Requirements Planner: the description of your requirements, and your name, company, email and telephone if you choose to submit the drafted enquiry.

Newsletter: your email address, the updates you select and the time you gave consent.

Correspondence: details you share when you email or call us.

We do not knowingly collect special category data and ask that you do not include it in messages.

We use your data to respond to enquiries and career applications, to prepare proposals and deliver our facilities management services, to handle investment enquiries and the related compliance checks, to send newsletters you have asked for, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We rely on your consent, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, on our legitimate business interests, and on legal obligations, as applicable.

When you use the Requirements Planner, the text you enter is sent to an AI service provider to produce service recommendations and a draft enquiry. It is not used to make decisions about you. Please do not include confidential or personal information you do not wish to share.

We do not use advertising cookies. We use browser storage in these categories:

Essential: needed for the site, its forms and security, and to remember your privacy choice. Always on.

Preferences: remembers choices such as closing the newsletter invitation. Used only with your consent.

Analytics: reserved for future measurement tools. Nothing is currently tracked.

You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy settings link in the footer.

We share personal data only with trusted service providers who host our website, store our records, deliver email and provide the AI planner, and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority. We do not sell personal data.

We protect personal data with access controls and encrypted connections. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our record keeping obligations. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only what is needed to respect that choice.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, request a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. To make a request, contact compliance@manovacapitaluae.com.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by UAE law.
